Introducing Gary.

Gary has been practising yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching yoga since 2019
From a background in ultra running and extreme sport Gary started to practice yoga to aid his running, as time moved on and with a passion for yoga Gary qualified as a Yoga teacher and now looks to help others realise the real benefits of yoga.
Gary is at his best in nature, however when he is not running over hills in the rain you will usually find Gary teaching yoga. Gary’s belief is that the restorative nature of yoga encompassing strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, relaxation and meditation is a power for good and everyone can use this to enrich their life.
